Inexpensive Reception

I am wondering if anyone has a creative idea about where to have a wedding reception for very little money. The wedding budget is very tight but we really want it to not look like it is.

Try Borio's in Cicero....family run and lots of choices! Beautiful setting on Oneida Lake!

This place is the absolute worst! It's inexpensive because the food is dreadful!! The place is very tacky! Yuck!

Emerson State park gorgeous and we are renting the entire ballroom for $1500.00

I agree with the above post =) I booked Wysocki's for my upcoming wedding. The buffet starts at 11.75/person, plus tax and gratuity. You can also have your ceremony there for no additional charge if you are looking for an outdoor wedding. It seems nice, and most people I have talked to said the service and food is good. This is Kathleen at Embassy Suites Hotel in EastSyracuse. I would be happy to give you a tour and go over reception options. Our pricing includes 3 hours or bar and champagne toast. We do not charge a fee for use of our ballroom.

Have you guys checked out Wysocki's? It's pretty inexpensive..even with open bar and it's not too bad of a place especially if you lookin not to break the bank. It's worth checking out.
