Alter Ego is a collection of some heavy hitters from the Syracuse NY area music scene. We play a variety of styles of Music with everything from the 50's up through today, with a special place in our hearts for the Disco, Funk, and R and B of the 70's, as well as the Aqua-Net Inspired 80's!!! We make sure to give our audience a wide selection which guarantees that everyone will walk away hearing something they loved!

Alter Ego's specialty is putting on a great show for any venue you want entertainment in! We have experience with wedding receptions, corporate engagements, bar shows, private parties, and can get down and funky with any other type of engagement as well. You want music? We have the answer!

Collectively, Alter Ego has over 20 years experience in helping make a Bride and Groom's Wedding day one of the most memorable of their lives. We offer a variety of services which will help take the worry out of covering your entertainment needs, and you can choose as many, or as few, of our offerings as suit your needs.

Wedding Reception Services
Alter Ego is a full service wedding band. We will take care of the entertainment needs you have throughout your wedding reception. We have an expansive (and ever-growing) set list that can entertain guests no matter what their age, or style of music that they enjoy. We promise something for everyone.
Some of the things which Alter Ego does for your wedding reception are:
~Offers a selection of both live and pre-recorded music to play during your dinner
~Introductions of the wedding party and acting as your MC for the evening's festivities
~Will lean new songs for things such as your first dance, father-daughter dance, cake cutting, etc...
~Works with the Bride and Groom in order to customize individual facets of your wedding entertainment

Wedding Ceremony And Cocktail Hour Services
Alter Ego also has experience in offering our clients both wedding ceremony and/or cocktail hour services. We have song selections ranging from classical to contemporary, and can also work with most songs which you select, making them a wonderful fit for either your walk down the aisle, before, during, or after a reading, or during your cocktail hour.
