We use only the highest quality ingredients such as: Valhrona and Callebaut Chocolate, Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla, and Mascarpone cheese. At Sweet Rebecca's its all about taste and freshness that's why we make our own homemade full fat buttermilk and use the freshest possible heavy cream for our frosting's.
