"I was in a wedding where Lora Ann was originally supposed to be the photographer. Due to certain circumstances the bride had to cancel with Lora Ann. Lora Ann said she would refund the bride the money within 45 days. The contract that Lora Ann provided never stated that it was nonrefundable. After 45 days Lora Ann kept making excuses and eventually after several attempts in contacting her, she stopped responding. The price of the refund was well over $1000 and most people wouldn't just walk away from that amount of money. Lora Ann has not and will not refund money for services that WERE NOT DONE. She clearly does not know how to run a business and lacks professionalism."
